Forms of Payment
The Nursing Cover Boutique
accepts checking account payments and credit card payments through
Paypal. You do not need to have or create a Paypal account to use
Paypal in our checkout process. We also accept money orders*, cashiers
checks* and personal checks**. (*Items will not be shipped until
payment is received. **Personal checks will be held 7 days for clearing
before items are shipped.) If you choose one of these shipping options
at checkout, we will provide you with the best shipping address. Please
e-mail us when a check is mailed so that we know to expect it.
If
you feel uncomfortable making online credit card payments but would
like to use a credit card, we are happy to oblige. Please call us at

Sales Tax
8.25% sales tax will be added to all Nursing Cover Boutique orders shipped to a California address.
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping
The Nursing Cover Boutique
offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $45.00 within the U.S., Puerto
Rico and U.S. APO addresses. Orders under $45.00 are charged a very low shipping fee of $3.00, regardless of the size of the order. $3.00 shipping is via USPS First Class
Mail, which generally takes 3-5 business days to arrive, with holidays
taking longer. You will also be given the following shipping options after your order is placed:

The Nursing Cover Boutique does not insure items being shipped unless the customer ships via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail.

our experience, most international first class orders take 5-10
business days for receipt of your order. As a special note - and per
our local post office, international priority mail only arrives a day
or two earlier.
Shipping Time

shipping times are noted for each item we sell on the product pages.
Most nursing covers and baby boutique items ship within 1-3 business
days. After the order ships, please refer to the information above for
expected transit times.
Order Status
Once
your Nursing Cover Boutique order has shipped, we will e-mail you. To
check the status of your order, you can also e-mail us at shop@nursingcovers.com
or check your account through our website. Please note that if you have
a Yahoo or Hotmail email account, emails from The Nursing Cover
Boutique may be returned to us or go directly into your bulk mail
folder.
Free Shipping Price Match
We
recognize that other online retailers periodically offer special free
shipping offers. If you are considering purchasing your nursing cover
or baby boutique item from a different boutique or manufacturer because
that shop offers free shipping, we will match the free shipping offer.
Please email us with the name of the product you will be purchasing,
along with the boutique that is currently offering free shipping. We
will email you with a coupon code for free shipping promptly.
Returns/Exchanges
Your satisfaction is crucial to our success. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept the exchange or return of any unused nursing covers, or any defective cover. Prior to return, please contact us for return approval. Refunds will not include shipping charges.
Because of the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns of used nursing covers.
