Forms of Payment
The Nursing Cover Boutique
accepts checking account payments and credit card payments through
Paypal. You do not need to have or create a Paypal account to use
Paypal in our checkout process. We also accept money orders*, cashiers
checks* and personal checks**. (*Items will not be shipped until
payment is received. **Personal checks will be held 7 days for clearing
before items are shipped.) If you choose one of these shipping options
at checkout, we will provide you with the best shipping address. Please
e-mail us when a check is mailed so that we know to expect it.
If
you feel uncomfortable making online credit card payments but would
like to use a credit card, we are happy to oblige. Please call us at

Sales Tax
8.25% sales tax will be added to all Nursing Cover Boutique orders shipped to a California address.

Priority
Mail takes approximately 2-4 business days to arrive. Express Mail is
an overnight service, but may take 2 days depending on the day and time
your order is placed and processed.
In some cases, your item may not be available to ship via Priority or Express Mail. We will notify you ASAP in this instance.
*Many
items, regardless of the method of shipping you choose, will take 1-3
business days to process. If you are looking to receive your order as
soon as possible, please let us know at checkout so that we can try and
accommodate you request. Some items take longer to ship - processing
times are listed on individual product pages.
The Nursing Cover Boutique
will email you with the USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail
delivery confirmation number. This is not an en-route tracking number,
but confirms for us when your package is delivered. Customers with Yahoo or Hotmail email addresses may not receive their shipping
notifications due to increased spam controls by your email service.
The Nursing Cover Boutique
offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $75.00 or more being shipped
within the U.S., Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and to U.S. APO
addresses.
We no longer offer cheaper USPS First Class Mail due to recent losses experienced.
Please
note that Itzy Ritzy products ships via UPS and not USPS. MoBoleez
Bonnets ship via the Canadian equivalent of Priority Mail, though no
tracking number will be available.
International Shipping
Some
items in The Nursing Cover Boutique are not available for international
shipping due to rising shipping costs and the size of the packaging
that certain products come in. These items will be marked with the

Returns/Exchanges
Your satisfaction is crucial to our success. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept the exchange or return of any unused nursing covers, or any defective cover. Prior to return, please contact us for return approval. Refunds will not include shipping charges. All returned items must be accompanied by their complete packaging.
Because of the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns of used nursing covers.
